The use of EH TechShop's website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By using EH TechShop's website you agree to be bounded by these Terms and Conditions.
1. All items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
2. Orders will be sent out within 2 working days upon receiving payment.
3. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will send a SMS or email to notify customers.
4. There is NO tracking number provided for Singpost Normal postage. We will not be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost during normal mail delivery. Customers shall be held responsible for not selecting "Registered Mail" if items were to go missing during normal mail delivery. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND using registered mail.
5. Goods sold are strictly non-refundable. Exchanges will only be possible if it was an error caused by EH TechShop (for example you received an incorrect item). Exchanges may be considered due to prominent manufacturer defects. All exchange requests must be received by us at ehtechshop@gmail.com within 1 week from the posting date.
Customers will need to bear the costs for postage to send the item back to us for exchange.
Do be understanding that on our part we will also be paying for the postage again to send the replacement to you.
Exchanges will not be granted for any of following reasons:
- Personal dislike.
- Item is not the same as seen in the pictures (eg. color difference due to different monitor display or personal imagination, or not as nice as seen in the pictures etc).
- Selecting the wrong design (Kindly double check your orders before checkout).
- Claims that the product is not good or not up to expectations. (We try our very best to provide pictures that look as close to the actual product as possible)
- Request for exchange after 1 week from the posting date.
EH TechShop reserves the right to amend / update the terms and conditions herein at its sole discretion without notice to the Customer.
