Instructions
1. Tear off or cut with a pair of scissors on the upper portion of the pouch.
2. Open the pouch and take out the band directly.
3. Set the button into the hole to fit your wrist or ankle.
4. Keep the original pouch and don't throw it away.
5. Store the band back into the pouch after use.
